Bollywood actor-producer Dia Mirza believes that since cinema transcends
culture and has the power to facilitate better communication.
"Indian women have come a long way. They feature on power lists in the
corporate world, they hold highest positions in government, they are
emerging as leaders in many fields. There is still much to be done, but I
think the fact that we have enough examples of such women indicates
that the Indian woman's presence will continue to grow on the global
platform," Dia said during a recent interaction.
